SUMMARY:2025  Institute for Pandemics Interdisciplinary Symposium
DESCRIPTION:The Institute for Pandemics (IfP) will host their 2025 Interdisciplinary Symposium under the theme “Responding to the Unexpected: Bridging science\, policy\, and community actions in public health emergencies”. \nThe symposium brings together members of IfP\, U of T\, government and private agencies\, and the community to present\, discuss and learn about public health emergencies and pandemic preparedness. \nEPIC member and the director of IfP\, Nelson Lee\, will deliver the opening remarks. \nThe event also features EPIC members Fahad Razak (Unity Health Toronto)\, Paul Grootendorst and Keith Pardee (Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy)\, and David Fisman and Michelle Murti (Dalla Lana School of Public Health)\, in various panel discussions throughout the day. \nFor the complete agenda\, please visit the Institute for Pandemics! \n\n\nTo register\, please visit the Eventbrite page.\n\n\nDate and time: May 13\, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm\n\nLocation: Desautels Hall\, Rothman School of Management
