Lunch Lectures: Topics and techniques in infectious disease research

Hosted by EPIC Trainee Advisory Committee, Lunch Lectures is a seminar series to help trainees build the skills and knowledge needed for their research. This is an exciting opportunity to hear from senior trainees about how ideas and techniques can be applied to infectious disease research over a pizza lunch.

Our speaker for April is Michael Litvack (research associate supervised by Martin Post, Paediatrics, The Hospital for Sick Children).

Title: “Using macrophages to address infectious diseases”

Please note that BioHubNet will also give a short presentation about their newly launched ENGAGE program, which offers trainees opportunities to connect with the biomanufacturing industry through specialized training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Date and time: April 24, noon EDT

Location: MaRS 1522
