This seminar series, organized by EPIC’s Trainee Advisory Committee is a no-PI space for trainees to practice presenting and an opportunity to discuss their research with other students, post-docs and RAs that are across various research fields. It is an excellent opportunity for trainees to connect and interact with other trainees!
We kick off the series with two exciting presentations.
Raja Faisal Abbas is a graduate student supervised by Xiaolin Wei in the Global Implementation Science Lab. His talk’s titled “Influences on AMR Policy Formulation in LMICs.”
Madeline Jarvis-Cross is a graduate student supervised by Martin Krkosek in the department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. Her talk’s titled “Using bifurcation theory to predict warming-induced epidemic emergence.”
Please join us on November 7th. Pizza, drinks and snacks will be provided following each seminar.
