Celebrating first-in-Canada Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer

The Network Biology Collaborative Centre (NBCC) and the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute (LTRI) at Sinai Health in Toronto are proudly announcing Canada’s first Orbitrap Astral mass-spectrometer. Released in the summer by Thermo Fisher Scientific, the Astral is poised to transform proteomics with high throughput, deep coverage and unrivalled precision and accuracy. Housed in the NBCC’s proteomics facility, the Astral is available to researchers from across Toronto and beyond who are looking to conduct-large scale research projects in proteomics.

Join us for an in-person mini-symposium to learn more about the Astral’s capability and how you can apply it to your research questions.
