The LMP Seminar Series will be hosting Dr. Wanda Markotter, who will be presenting a talk titled “One Health approach to preventing bat viral spillover in Africa”.
Dr. Markotter is a professor at the University of Pretoria, South Africa, as well as interim director of Future Africa and director of the Centre for Viral Zoonoses.
EPIC steering committee member Dr. Samira Mubareka will introduce Dr. Markotter’s lecture.
