Public health responses succeed or fail based on whether people trust and act on the information they receive. This cluster examines how mis- and disinformation spread during outbreaks, and works with communications, behavioural science and public health experts to develop clear, credible and inclusive communication strategies that protect public trust before, during and after a crisis.
