Research Clusters
The Emerging Pathogens & Infectious Diseases Consortium unites clinicians, scientists, engineers, and public health experts from across the University of Toronto and its hospital research institutes to tackle infection-related challenges with speed and scale. Our community has identified seven priority challenges where focused, transdisciplinary work can have the greatest impact. Our research is organized into interconnected clusters spanning pathogen biology, health systems, and public trust, with equity woven throughout.
