The Institute for Pandemics (IfP) will host their 2025 Interdisciplinary Symposium under the theme “Responding to the Unexpected: Bridging science, policy, and community actions in public health emergencies”.
The symposium brings together members of IfP, U of T, government, private agencies and the community to present, discuss and learn about public health emergencies and pandemic preparedness.
Here’s a sneak peek at the agenda:
- Presentations from invited speakers on governmental roles in emergencies, the economics of public health emergencies, strategies for strengthening health security, and strategies for pandemic preparedness.
